They take pride in being close to our consumers.<br>They are currently looking for a Sales Executive.<ul><li>In charge of prospecting, signing contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, and ensuring the locations is approved to board the network;</li><li>The Sales Executive is then responsible for training the location and ensuring it is well branded and ready to trade;</li><li>The Sales Executive will be wholly responsible for the management of the location ensuring that the location trades with us to a given level;</li><li>On occasion the Sales Executive will also need to complete activities including support with preexisting locations. The Sales Executive has overall responsibility for driving incremental agents and therefore revenue in specific territory;</li><li>They will ensure they drive the business through the acquisition of locations which will add value to the business;</li><li>Providing all departments with the right information in due time (credit, sales support...);</li><li>Activating agents - (software installation, training, AML) Delivering results according to company's ambitions.</li></ul>            Requirements                    <ul><li>Direct Sales Experience with achievement of goals on a consistent basis;</li><li>Track record of growing Independent performance within a specific territory;</li><li>3 years of field sales experience with the ability to self-generate leads on an on-going basis;</li><li>Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus;</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to create and deliver effective oral and written presentations/proposals to decision makers/ stakeholders;</li><li>Demonstrating the ability to consistently drive new business directly through work their own territory;</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and drive improvements;</li><li>Good analytical skills, ability to drive change and contribute new ideas and processes to stimulate change;</li><li>Ability to question why we do things currently and suggest ways to improve;</li><li>Excellent listening skills;</li><li>Knowledge of English and French/Flemish.</li></ul>]]></description>

They take pride in being close to our consumers.<br>The Sales Support Specialist will provide support to the Sales Organization. They will be supporting the Sales team in the Benelux region to ensure flawless execution of the sales process, from the prospecting stage, the contract closure, to the agent activation, therefore working with the various departments involved and managing the flow of information.<br>The incumbent will be involved in the various stages of the Sales process, mainly checking the packages sent by sales representatives and making sure they are matching company standards before submission to regulator and internal approvers, providing team leaders every week with the necessary files and numbers to pilot their teams, ensuring the sales team reaches its sales objectives by providing assistance, help and support to each Sales Executive.<br>Their primary focus will be to maximize sales performance while resolving business issues in a timely manner.<br />They will have to interact on a daily basis with sales team, and other departments such as network development team, agent implementation team, AML team, credit team, and several others according to work needs.<br><ul><li>Supporting the sales team;</li><li>On-boarding of new Sales Executives by providing the right and latest working tools, training agenda;</li><li>Collecting, capturing and entering data relevant for agent enrollment and regulatory registration. This includes checking the contracts and documents collected by the sales teams, preparing and submitting enrolment packages and following up on the enrolment process;</li><li>Making outbound agent calls where needed to support document collection;</li><li>Providing post-sales administrative support, acting as a central point between the Sales team and the Enrolment Departments / Operations, Agent Activation Team, credit team;</li><li>Being central liaison person between the Head of Sales and the Sales team in general;</li><li>Assisting Sales Executives on a constant basis;</li><li>Being able to deal with large amounts of emails and follow up on them;</li><li>Reporting of data collection;</li><li>Responsible for the co-ordination of reports, supporting the monitoring of sales results and diaries for the sales team;</li><li>Ensuring the Sales team completes all necessary paperwork;</li><li>Ensuring accuracy of data maintained in terms of sales results in particular with regards to the data captured directly by the sales teams in the prospect database;</li><li>Building reports from all relevant sources to provide management with the right and accurate information;</li><li>Following up on tracking reports in place and keeping them up to date on a weekly basis;</li><li>Managing and improving internal processes;</li><li>Taking active part in process and productivity improvements by dealing with</li><li>Packages returned to sales.</li><li>Action escalated to sales.</li><li>Any process that involves sales team at any point.</li><li>Other duties and projects may be required according to team's needs.</li></ul>            Requirements                    <ul><li>Very good organizational skills;</li><li>Ability to multiple task and set up processes to improve the organization of workload;</li><li>Motivation  works with constant confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience;</li><li>Positive mind to always think about solutions rather than problems;</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business in an articulate manner with a high level of professionalism.
