Our client is looking foranexperienced Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be the first point of contact for the Belgian and French customers and will provide commercial and administrative support to thesales team.
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Providing information about products (prices, stock and delivery times);
- Handling speacial orders;
- Account Management.
In this position you will work closey together with the sales, logistics, purchasing and finance departments.

Requirements:
- Fluency in French, Dutch and preferably English;
- 23 Years of experience in Customer Service;
- Affinity with administrative tasks;
- Education on MBO level or equivalent;
- Commercial and customer oriented way of working;
- Team player;
- Handson mentality;
- Flexible;
- Proactive.
