Kings College London Dental Institute seeks an experienced investigator to create a new world-leading Centre focused on human host-microbiome interactions. This is an endowed Chair position. We anticipate that this new Centre will provide major breakthroughs in probing the key roles that host-microbial interactions have in influencing health and pathology in human tissues. Of importance will be investigating the development, composition and control of the microbiome, how microbial factors contribute to mucosal disease and impinge on immune and non-immune cellular function, and the identification of novel host and microbiomic biomarkers of disease.A research-led university based in the heart ...
