Commercial Directorate (CD) is responsible for, or has influence over, all commercial arrangements relating to HMRCs 1.5 billion annual external spend and also delivers centralised procurement services for central government on office solutions and print. CD delivers category management, procurement and contract management services, implements value for money initiatives and manages commercial risk.
