We are currently looking for a Team Leader for a mechanical design engineering team. The responsibilities are mainly: - Manage a team on daily basis on site and at international level (workload, resource planning, selection of profiles, ) - Drive the team towards increased quality and beyond customers satisfaction - Ensure good communication between all stakeholders Profil : Mechanical engineering degree with minimum 4 years of experience in RD environment -Excellent knowledge of Catia V5 and other CAD, FEA softwares -Able to evaluate, quote and create the workpackage -Fluent in French, Dutch and English -Excellent communication skills -Strong experience in project management ...
