Operating across the Agilisys Group, the Senior Service Delivery Manager role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to our major customers.The Service Delivery Manager will act as the principal point of contact and coordinator of all service activity between Agilisys and the allocated customers. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing our major customer along an agreed strategy.They will be required to assist in business growth both through contract retention and maximising revenue.
