The Role The CEO Executive Assistant (EA) role provides administrative support to the CEO including, but not limited to, all types of internal and external correspondence, document preparation in both English and German, the scheduling and planning of meetings and extensive travel logistics, internal and external interviews, expense management and file management. An integral part of the role is proactive coordination and prioritization and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
