Job description:

Professional and service-minded contact to internal and external customers. Answer frequently asked questions and provide information to allow efficient and smooth business operations.

 

  • Requesting documents from internal or external customers
  • Review of documents if correct and complete
  • Clearance of customers within SAP
  • Handling of document returns (such as incomplete or non-valid documents)
  • Archiving customer related documents
  • Electronic (digital) customer file
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and service minded manner
  • Answer FAQ on telephone and e-mail with reference to products and services both to internal and external customers
  • Handle inbound mail & e-mail
  • Continuous improvement process
  • Strictly follow our client Policy & Procedure Manual
  • Identify and report deviations our client Policy & Procedure Manual to Line Manager

Any other task and duty within our client as agreed with Line Manager

Please gets in touch ASAP. The salary for a start up company is good they will offer €2000-€2200 gross + travel up to €400 euros per month depends on exspreince and languages.
