We are looking for a special candidate who can bring lots of Netherlands based HR knowledge and expertise to the Management Team. Some of the key responsibilities will be
to advise, inform, guide and support both management and employees in all related HR issues
create and implement HR processes and HR strategy for the business
responsibility for recruitment activity within the business. Finding candidates, carrying out screenings and coordinating the recruitment process.
to provide an effective, confidential and professional HR service to all management and staff.
to keep up to date with market trends relating to compensation
to be responsible for the administration of benefits and personnel information

This is a role which will suit a candidate who loves to create and build structure in a HR environment but who is happy to implement this on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will fulfill most of the following;
HBO/Degree educated in HR related studies - preferred
Dutch native speaker with excellent English and some French
A minimum of 5 years HR experience at Advisor or Manager level
Outstanding administrative and organisational skillls
Strong communicator. Confident when dealing with Senior Management
Mature, professional and confidential nature.
