Job Profile:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative assistance to the Vice President, Real Estate and the management team. The Administrative Assistant is conversant in English and works independently and must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
Process highly confidential information, maintaining and respecting confidentiality.
Perform clerical duties including, but not limited to typing, filing, keeping calendars, etc.
Travel bookings for Real Estate Manager
Updating of reports (contact list etc)
Mail for Real Estate and UPS parcels
Vacation reporting for Real Estate
Processing of Cheques
Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other documents, making and receiving telephone calls.
Demonstrate positive, customer service, and team-oriented demeanour.

Candidate Profile:
Diploma or equivalent with 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience as a secretary in an International Environment is a plus.
The Administrative Assistant works independently and must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A comprehensive knowledge of computers and experience in Windows, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Fluent in English.
Candidates should preferably live in the Utrecht area.
