Job description:
As a part of the Customer Service Center Europe you will be responsible for order taking, co-ordination of customer orders and all activities related to it. Your duties will be 50% phone related and 50% administrative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the organisation. You will process and manage customer orders; register, analyse and co-ordinate complaints; develop and send quotations and provide basic product information to customers. You will also maintain the contacts with the customers and will communicate with sales engineers regarding customer related issues.

Requirements:
MBO Background Relevant experience in a customer service or support centre environment Fluency in Dutch AND French; good knowledge of English. Affinity to technology Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Excellent communication and organisation skills

*Salary: 1900 – 2200 EUR monthly
*8% holiday allowance
*13th month
* Fixed contract
