Job description:
Consolidation of the monthly results, processing first drafts of the Division management reports;
Liaison with the business units' finance teams to ensure the accurate and timely receipt of consolidation returns;
Consolidation of monthly results and variance analyses o financial analysis
Carrying out ad hoc analysis on the performance and financial position of the Group's business units.
Provide high quality financial information to the Leadership Team and Senior Managers
Meet deadlines set by Senior managers, Board and shareholders
Being a business partner for the business finance leaders i.e. providing accounting direction and support to the business Groups
Supporting the consolidation of the local financial information and the central group financial information, into consolidated information on the group as a whole
Supporting the preparation of internal and external reports on the financial position for the HO in Columbus, according to the guidelines and procedures
Participating in group wide projects, including the implementation of a (new) uniform reporting platform
Contributing to the development and enhancement of corporate procedures and guidelines for the closing process
Maintaining and updating the technical accounting policies for the Division in accordance with the HO
Liase with Internal and External Audit where / when applicable

Requirements:
He/she will have a University Degree in Accounting or Finance and display a strong track record of planning and budgeting.
US GAAP, SEC reporting combined with International exposure are a Good plus.
You will posses a desire to impact decision making whilst displaying a keen eye for detail and a drive to broaden your personal skill set as additional demands arise. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively to senior management, motivate and influence people at all levels and think strategically.
Fluent knowledge of English is a prerequisite.
Good business acumen, ability to quickly learn and understand nature of business segments, product lines, industry and competitive environments.
Good interpersonal and influencing skills, able to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
A team player across a multi-functional organization.
Good presence in verbal and written presentation skills
Able to communicate complex financial and accounting concepts to non-finance personnel.
Motivated and driven professional, able to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
Good SAP FICO system skills, ability to use financial systems as Hyperion and/or Cartesis is a plus.
International travel is required on occasional basis.
