To reinforce the EMEA Business Analysis Team we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (M/F) in the area of Amsterdam.

The Business Analysis Team looks after all financial, sales, and product planning for the EMEA region. Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager you will coordinate all responsibilities in the sales and financial planning area, managing a team of 3 Business Analysts and pro-actively supporting the other departments of Harman Consumer Group.

• manage annual budget and rolling forecast process;
• active role in monthly accounting close;
• responsible for management reporting and database management;
• respond to ad-hoc analysis and participate in key projects;
• continuously look for business process improvement, drive financial accountability.

• background in Finance, University degree or equivalent level.
• approximately 5 years working experience in financial planning and analysis/ business control;
• accurate, with eye for detail and mentality of meeting deadlines;
• hands-on approach;
• strong communication skills;
• flexible and pro-active candidate thinking in terms of solutions;
• fluency in English, spoken and written.
