The Marketing Manager:

A A A1 2 Is the link between Global Marketing and the Benelux Endovascular field team

A A A1 2 Is the voice of the market by knowing what is needed for winning in our local market place

A A A1 2 Defines the Benelux integrated customers action plan that sets the direction for the year ahead and articulates global strategies with local understanding of key success factors in each market (Belgium, Netherlands Luxemburg)

A A A1 2 Creates and implements local customersA A A1 2 initiatives and empowers Endo VC reps and VC Specialist in delivering our sales targets by providing training tools, monitoring programs achievements and energizing to sharing experiences among field sales team

A A A1 2 Builds relationship with product marketing managers from Global and from all affiliates from EMEA, CALA and AJP by sharing re-applying best practices

A A A1 2 Excellent collaboration with the sales teams thanks to strong interpersonal and influencing skills

A A A1 2 Perfect insight into the local market, by means of a strong analytical mindset

Essential job Responsibilities

A A A1 2 Responsible for developing and managing marketing plans for Benelux

A A A1 2 Manages marketing budgets for Benelux

A A A1 2 Collaborates with Business Unit Manager to develop local marketing strategies and initiatives

A A A1 2 Is responsible for the marketing-mix activities, including KOL development

A A A1 2 Makes recommendations based on analyzed market data and market trends

A A A1 2 Interprets and synthesizes clinical data information and translates them into effective marketing messages

A A A1 2 Stays in touch with customers KOLs to understand market, competitive activities and technologies, productneeds, diseases and treatments with a present or future impact on the endovascular market

A A A1 2 Reports monthly the status of the major strategies, market evolution and competitive activities to BUM and/or EHQ Marketing

A A A1 2 Provides marketing support to reimbursement processes


Qualifications:

A A A1 2 Ability to translate clinical data into effective talk tracks

A A A1 2 Service oriented, but at same time have sufficient influencing skills

A A A1 2 Strong interpersonal skills

A A A1 2 Business Planning and project planning

A A A1 2 Analytical, creative and operational marketing skills

A A A1 2 Customer orientation, innovation and creativity, communication skills

A A A1 2 Basic financial skills

A A A1 2 BA in science or economics, preferably Master

A A A1 2 Advanced (local) marketing experience

A A A1 2 Preferably 3 - 5 years of endovascular experience, or at least medical devices experience

A A A1 2 Track record of tangible results as a field sales representative and/or regional sales manager/supervisor

A A A1 2 Fluency (speaking writing) Dutch, French, English

A A A1 2 High level of proficiency in Excel and reporting systems (Cognos)

A A A1 2 Based in Belgium with strong presence in both Belgium and the Netherlands
