Our client is an international company known for their excellence in the Information Technology field.

Due to business growth, they are now looking for 3x Inside Sales Account Managers.
  • Inside Sales Account Manager Dutch, English
  • Inside Sales Account Manager Dutch, English AND French
  • Inside Sales Account Manager Dutch, English AND German

The Inside Sales Account Manager is to generate, sustain and maximise both new and existing business opportunities. This role will predominantly be outbound sales, cold calling existing and new customers.
  • Generate new business via cold calling and referrals from a number of sources;
  • Maintain a renewal income and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts;
  • Conduct both specific and general awareness campaigns to promote Solutions within target markets;
  • Arrange appointments for the external sales team - qualify incoming and generated leads;
  • Provide regular, comprehensive correspondence for customers;
  • Achieve monthly sales targets;
  • Maintain accurate business forecasts monthly and quarterly;
  • Responsible for adhering to all internal policy and procedures in relation to security best practice.

Internal Engagement Responsibilities
  • Liaise with team of Inside Sales Account Managers to achieve monthly sales revenue;
  • Ensure customer information is maintained and updated on system database;
  • Provide information to other departments.

Client Engagement Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings as and when required;
  • Contact clients to provide related information and maintain existing agreements.

Essential Role Requirements
  • Self-motivated and target driven;
  • Methodical, maximising the potential of all leads;
  • Able to identify new markets and opportunities;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
Requirements
  • Outbound, business-to-business telesales experience;
  • Direct cold-calling;
  • Account Management;
  • Lead sourcing;
  • Full sales cycle ability to close deals;
  • Confident with good communication and presentation skills;
  • Creative and innovative;
  • Tenacity, ability to build rapport;
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and objectives;
  • HBO level or Equivalent;
  • Dutch, Native level or first language;
  • German and French Spoken and written is highly desired.
