The role of the Senior Consultant is to develop business and to deliver fees through the successful placement of candidates in a target sector and salary band with focus at the more senior end of the market. Senior Consultants may also have some supervisory responsibilities, most likely of Resourcers and Trainee Consultants. The incumbent is expected to take a leadership role within the team, giving guidance to more junior team members and supporting to the Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Consultants will have the following duties and responsibilities.

? Client Generation & Management ? provide outstanding service to existing accounts, while developing new business and assignments through proactive prospecting and networking in the sector.

? Candidate Generation & Management ? regularly update and manage the candidate database, while growing the quality and quantity of the database through headhunting, networking and referrals. Ensure database accuracy and integrity.

? Assignment Management ? execute a thorough process of search and selection to provide a high quality shortlist, arrange interviews, prepare candidates, take feedback, manage the offer process and provide post-placement follow-up, to ensure the satisfaction of the client and all candidates.

? Fee Generation ? consistently achieve or exceed financial targets, key performance indicators and business development objectives.

? Team Player ? work effectively alongside colleagues and other internal departments, identify relevant leads and maximise opportunities to cross-sell within your own team and across other divisions.

Requirements

Interesting candidates will have the following professional and personal skills and experiences.

? 2 ? 5 years experience in recruitment working at middle management level (at least).
? A proven track record of financial success.
? An established network of senior contacts would be an advantage.
? Dynamic, energetic and with excellent business development skills.
? Fluency in French and English is essential.
