A very exciting HR Manager role has arisen for a HR qualified HR Manager to join a rapidly expanding international online gaming company with offices in Europe. The role will be based in their office in Paris. Previous experience of working in a start up company a distinct advantage or in a stand alone HR Generalist role. This is a brand new HR role, therefore experience of French employment law essential. You will be given the opportunity to set up the new HR department in Paris and make the role your own. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience working within HR either at Manager/ Advisor level.
A strong background in implementing policies and procedures is essential for this role, as is a strong yet diplomatic personality in order to guide senior managers and drive the business forward. Fluent French and English essential, any other European languages would be an advantage.
Duties to include and not be limited to:
Employee relations
Payroll guidance
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Guide and advise senior managers on policies and procedures
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to by all members of staff
Responsible for international recruitment and retention
Implement new HR policies and guidelines
International recruitment for both the office in Paris and Malta
Essential skills:
Fluent French
CIPD Qualified or equivalent HR qualifications
5 years minimum HR Manager/ Advisor experience
