As a member of our Services Department, you will be responsible for:

- coordinating and following up on projects designed to help our clients implement our e-learning solutions
- training our clients (businesses, language schools, distributors) to use our products and tools (pedagogical, organizational, and technical aspects)
- following up with clients after start-up (answering questions, reporting in-house on the ways in which clients use our e-learning solutions, etc.).
Flexibility required: frequent travel within France and abroad.

Qualifications

You hold a 4-year university degree, are rigorous and organized, and you have at least one year?s experience (teaching, training, etc.). Bilingual German and French, and ideally English is a plus.

You have good computer knowledge and skills. You enjoy traveling and sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.

Your commercial skills enable you to ensure excellent customer service.
