This is a seasonal position starting in October 2009 until April 2010 - based in France

* Working to a challenging budget, to book transportation for customers at the beginning/end of their holiday for the France and Swiss program and to oversee the Andorran transfer programme too
* To ensure customers receive the transfer service set by the company parameters
* To liaise with departments in the UK for the efficient mobilisation/demob of personnel from the UK to resort and between all training course locations
* To ensure a smooth and efficient transfer day by being able to manage calmly and effectively all the difficulties that occur.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

* Plan and book transfer vehicles and submit to supplier.
* Train resort staff on how to manipulate the transfer data
* Distribute weekly transfer information to Tour Operations staff
* Work with the Transport Manager & General Manager Tour Operations to staff & manage transfer day airports & feeder points
* Work with UK colleagues to eliminate costly transfer routings.
* Organise all staff transport at beginning and end of season as well as moving staff round through out the winter.
* Point of contact to resort staff and coach suppliers with any queries.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies

* Excellent Excel skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise.
* Excellent time management skills & the ability to work to strict deadlines
* Works well under pressure Proven negotiations skills.
* A good knowledge of the French & Swiss Alps, in particular the logistics of major routings and locations of all resorts / airports is preferable
* A good ability to communicate detailed information including a high proportion of the time in a foreign language in difficult conditions i.e. transfer days
* French speaker
