We are recruiting for a challenging project we have recently started with a new client.
Currently we are looking for people interested in working in a HR Service Center, as SWISS Payroll Assistants
Responsibilities:
· Calculating and inputting monthly/weekly payroll data into the payroll system/database in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to predefined timescales
· Compiling data for analysis and reporting; Processing and monitoring all staffing changes including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
· Inputting, calculating and recording of sickness payments both statutory and occupational.
· Inputting, calculating and recording of maternity, paternity and adoption payments
both statutory and occupational.
· Generating and distributing checks and pay slips;
· Researching and responding to payroll questions and inquiries;
· Processing, collecting and providing garnishment remittances and levies; completing
and returning forms and notifying employees of changes made;
· Working with third party vendors to establish deduction procedures; reviewing and
auditing deduction process and results and working with vendors to correct
problems/issues as needed;
· Providing accurate payroll reporting.
· Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree in the field
· 2 years of working experience related with Human Resources (administration and payroll).
· Fluent German and fluent Speaker of English.
· Experience with payroll databases/systems.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
· Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
· Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and
identify trends
