In our European Service Centre, based just outside the city centre of Barcelona, we have almost 600 employees providing HR and Finance administration services to customers located in 16 different countries.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints related with Human Resources issues using standard scripts and procedures
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems
- Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
Requirements
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- German and good knowledge of English
