In our European Service Centre, based just outside the city centre of Barcelona, we have almost 600 employees providing HR and Finance administration services to customers located in 16 different countries.
We are recruiting for a challenging project we have recently started with a new client. Currently we are looking for people interested in working in a HR Service Center, as Customer Care Representatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries and complaints related with Human Resources issues using standard scripts and procedures.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
- Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience related with Human Resources would be an advantage.
Excellent Communication skills.
Native or Fluent Speaker of English.
Flexible and eager to learn.
