Title: Senior HR Manager
Salary: €65000 - €70000 per annum + Benefits and €5,000 bonus

In this role you will;
• Provide independent advice and guidance to managers regarding all employee related issues
• Monitor the change management processes
• Contribute to design
• Have sole responsibility of recruiting internal staff, from placing adverts through to offer management
• Implement and monitor the hiring strategy and annual forecast for company growth, establishing and implementing standard recruiting procedures
• Manage employee and organisational development programmes
• Liaise with the Works union regarding employee disputes, resolutions etc
• Responsible for employer branding, contributing to HR projects and design of compensation & benefits and talent management processes
Ideal candidates will possess;
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Several years international HR experience, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and talent management
• Hands on change management experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Diploma, Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management
• A can do attitude, focused on delivering high quality and improved HR processes
• Ability to take ownership of tasks from implementation through to delivery and reporting
• Be a strong team player, able to network and develop long term relationships
• Have a solution orientated approach to all HR issues
