Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a German Speaking E-Commerce Sales Manager for their office in Berlin

The Job Role

The successful E-Commerce Senior Sales Manager candidate will be responsible for driving and maximizing the company?s E-Commerce revenues by focusing on new business sales to companies that require an E-commerce payments platform and/or e-wallet system to fulfill their online business particularly within the Scandinavian and Nordic regions.

As E-Commerce Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business development with both new and existing clients, E-commerce merchants and other internet-related companies

Responsibilities:

? New business hunter and account enabler
? Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions
? Research on leads and potential merchant customers to be approached
? Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring new merchants directly as well as together with the team
? At a later stage you might get responsibility for recruitment and ongoing training of additional members in the sales team
? Manage marketing and referral relationships with new and potential customers/partners
? Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
? Organise, attend and represent at events and exhibitions tailored to E-Commerce/payments
? Instrumental in the development of various sales

The Candidate

? 5-8 years industry experience in the online payment transaction field
? Outstanding experience in proactive new business generation and delivery
? Fluent in German or Swiss German or Austrian German as well as English
? Detailed knowledge of the eCommerce market and Payment Solution Sales
? A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
? Ability to lead by example and present a professional image.
? Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
? High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce or similar
? Degree in a business or related field

Salary: ?80-100k plus bonus
