For our customer IBM in Erfurt we are looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) with Flemish and French. (German, English or any additional language very welcome)

Your tasks:
? Telephone support of clients from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe
? Support of clients using IT network
? Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
? Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists

Your profile:
? Very good knowledge of Flemish, French and at least one of the following languages: English or German
? Good PC hardware or software skills
? Technically interested and willing to learn
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to work in a team and to do shift work
