For our customer, a subsidary company of IBM Germany, we are looking for User Help Desk Agents with excellent Danish knowledge (m/f).

Your duties:

- Competent contact person for international customers in the economic and administration sector
- Supporting our customers by using data processing applications
- Qualifying and solving complex setting of tasks in the IT field, using Danish and English languages
- Monitoring of customer networks
- Cooperation with internal and external support functions

Your profile:

- Good to very good software knowledge and also confident in XP & MS Office environment
- Experience with the password admin environment for different applications
- Technical interest and readiness for training courses
- Native speaker Danish and excellent English knowledge
- Prepare for flexible work times and shift work
