Clinical Trials Assistant

Type: Permanent, office-based

Location: West Germany

Do you have experience within Clinical Operations either working as CRA or CTA? Perhaps you would like to step into the Clinical Research industry? Sounds interesting??? Well, our client is a leading drug development company as a result of rapid expansion an interesting opening of the Clinical Trial Assistant has become available.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Assist in EC/HA files submissions preparation e.g. preparation of letter, collections of document. Compiling submissions dossier and organizing its shipment, Organizing the study supplies shipment to site and their tracking with the appropriate tools, Printing, copying, scanning, filling study documents and maintenance of the Local Regulatory files as required by the local regulatory requirements and SOPs, Courier ordering, completion of courier forms,
Assisting the ROM/ROC/CC in the preparation of local meeting /TCs and drafting the minutes of these meetings, Support the RMs for the preparation of site specific documents, Printing and reviewing (quality check of) expenses reports, Coordination and reminders that timesheets/Expenses/Holiday Calendar updates/Holidays requests/updates for Monthly reports are sent on time by RMs, Supports the monthly feedback to HQ on Reports, Trials: Assisting ROM/ROC/CC in regular reminders to RMs to update the system with all data related to their activities.

Your profile:

Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business/Economics or equivalent. Ability to work independently, good organization and communication skills, fluency in English and German. Previous experience in clinical studies is preferred but not essential.
