Job description:
Performs a variety of professional, administrative and managerial duties related to planning, organising and directing the development and maintenance of Belgium, Netherland and France markets. Develops marketing, sales and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction.
This is likely a home based position, depending on where the successful candidate resides. Works under the broad policy guidance and direction of the COO/President and/or Regional EU Director.
Promote development of operation strategies unique to Belgium, Netherlands and France
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Distributors, participates in conference calls, attends annual conferences and special functions
Tracks efforts and performance of Distributors
Grow sales and Distributor base
Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data
Serve as liaison between Belgium, Netherlands and France operations, Brussels (Europe) operations and Neways Corporate Headquarters
Works with Distributors to help them succeed by growing their business
Develops, directs, organises and coordinates local events to support the Business
Coordinates marketing events
Conduct Distributor training meetings, promotes and participates in motivational events, workshops, seminars and conferences
Develops, directs, organises and coordinates marketing strategies
Analyses local and international marketing/sales trends
Conducts market research to determine needs
Develops advertising concepts for use by Distributors, i.e., media and point of sale, product packaging, etc.
Provides input and participates in the marketing of new and existing products
Monitors, reviews and analyses personal care and nutritional supplement industries to maintain awareness of current trends, consumer interest and product preferences based upon cultural differences
Develops strategies for the introduction of new products
Establish and maintain industry contacts
Initiate action needed to expedite the achievement of Distributor operational goals and objectives
Monitor expenditures and local market budgets (events)
Assure compliance with established fiscal guidelines
Assure timely delivery of services related to Distributor relations, product distribution, company information, product registration, compensation processing, etc.
Assist in the coordination of product registration and assist in the development of strategies needed to effectively secure the admittance of products into Belgium, Netherlands and France.

Requirements:
Advanced degree in business management, marketing or related field plus 8 + years of progressively responsible work experience related to managing and operating domestic and international businesses. Network marketing experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in French both written and spoken, English language required. Dutch/Flemish a plus
Presentation/speaking skills as well as interpretation skills
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory and distribution systems
Knowledge of budget development and fiscal accounting principles
Knowledge of network marketing
Knowledge of negotiation techniques
Computer literate
Ability to draft reports, documents and agreements
Ability to analyse a variety of marketing issues and problems and make recommendations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Distributors, executives, managers and subordinates
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with a team and be dependable
Ability to be effective and follow procedures
Ability to deal effectively with stress caused by work load and deadlines
Ability to spend approximately one week a month in the Brussels office
